We are the heart of communication, connecting all of ConFest, coordinating the operations and emergency response of the festival. We need smart, reliable and technically capable team members. We contribute a huge piece of awesomeness to the safety and comfort of everyone at the festival. We commit to 7 x 3hr shifts, one each day of the festival, plus an induction. Two of these will be at night, as we are manned over 24 hrs. This is a great option for those who really want to get into the nitty gritty of ConFest but can’t be onsite early.
